This is the cleanest GT-A Survivor we have ever seen. Sold new in Southern California where it lived its life indoors until it came to us in Washington last month.

The body on this Fairlane is nothing short of amazing. When you consider this is about 80% original paint and the fact this car is 55 years old you can truly appreciate the condition. Obviously, this one was driven and there are imperfections. The paint still shines brightly and the moldings are some of the nicest you will see this side of NOS pieces. It would be a shame to fully repaint this one as she still presents well...they can be original only once. Rust wise...we don't see any. Take a good look at the floors, trunk and body pics this is an amazing find.

I could write a novel...or at least a sonnet...about the undercarriage on this car. It is truly amazing. I'll let the pictures tell the story. You're welcome. 

Inside the interior does have some sun damage. Heck, its lived in Southern California for its whole life. The dash and headliner are the biggest casualty and really should be restored/replaced. Take a close look in here though. The instrument bezel is the finest unrestored example we have ever seen. The deficiencies in here are minimal but shown in the pics.

Under the hood this one is incredible. Factory clamps, wire ties, smog, etc are all still there just like its '67. The only obvious non original part is the carburetor that is a correct Ford replacement from the later 60's. We did have to replace the fuel pump but it was already a replacement. Component wise, you would be very hard pressed to find a more original engine compartment. The engine fires up nicely and runs quite well. It has that typical 390 grunt and feels great on the road. The C6 goes into gear quickly and shifts properly. This one goes down the road confidently and quietly.

The previous, and only, owner had replaced the factory steel wheels with 5-slot mags. That was cool back in the 60's & 70's but the Fairlane deserved some grown up shoes fitting its station. We went with 15x7 styled steels with correct center caps. They are wrapped in 215 65 Cooper Cobra tires that fit beautifully.

The A/C system is complete but will need a servicing and a recharge to be fully functional.

Unfortunately we didn't receive any receipt documentation on the history of this car.
